• Valid passport
• Two (2) identical coloured passport sized photographs
• Invitation letter from Organization/Sponsor
• Bank Statement
• Travel reservation
• Visa Fees- Single Entry $65.00 CAD, Multiple entry $80.00 CAD, cash or money order made payable to the Consulate General of Guyana
